FACILITIES HELPER – TRAINEE – Chandler, AZ

General:

• Under close supervision, handles routine tasks such as custodial, errands, and entry-level functions in maintenance of the facilities. Tasks are repetitive and guidance is readily available.
• Hand and power tools, ladder, fork lift and many other tools on an as needed basis.
• Working both outdoors and indoors.
• Walking, climbing, lifting, squatting and/or bending at the waist throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.

 Requirements:

• Basic reading, writing and math ability.
• High school education or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
• No experience required, will train on the job.

MANUFACTURING MANAGER – ELECTRONIC CONTRACT MANUFACTURING – Chandler, AZ

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage SMT, PCBA, Electromechanical, and Electronic Box Build Assembly Operations.
2. Meet or exceed Shipment and Quality Goals and Standards.
3. Continuous Improvement Mentality.
4. Effective Communications with your Team, SBC Management, and Customers (as needed). Develop, track and report performance on a routine basis.

 Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Electronic Manufacturing. Extensive experience with SMT, Through-Hole Soldering, and Electromechanical Box Builds.
2. Effective Team Leader. Ability to bring on (as needed), train, develop, grow and effectively manage an existing production team.
3. High energy, well organized, and detail oriented.
4. Understanding of ISO requirements and committed to producing a high-quality product. Knowledgeable in assembly processes and procedures. Insure a safe working environment.
5. 5 years’ minimum management experience. May be willing to train the right candidate.
6. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSEMBLY INSPECTOR – Chandler, AZ

General:

• Perform Final Quality Inspection:
• AOI Inspection, Visual Inspection: using a 10X ring lamp
• Mechanical Inspection: able to read blue prints, verify all dimensions noted on blue print using calipers and micrometer.
• Record keeping: shall record defect codes, pass and fail results, accurately verify all quantities.
• Verify compliance with IPC-A-610 and JSTD 001
• Solder Inspection of SMT components and thru hole components 

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in the SMT Manufacturing field preferred
• 2 years experience in Quality Inspection preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ISO9001 QMS experience desired.

SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER – INSIDE – OUTSIDE – PROFESSIONAL

 General:

• Base + uncapped commission
• Opportunity to grow within the company
• Primarily New Customer Development and Customer Service – Outbound B2B calls and customer visits to generate new business.

 Requirements:

• Prefer 2 years min. Sales experience.
• Experience in Electronics – PCBA’s a plus.
• Willingness to learn – Positive Attitude.
• A proven track record of success selling to industrial manufacturing end-users preferred.

SALES MANAGER – ELECTRONIC CONTRACT MANUFACTURING – Chandler, AZ

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Bring in New Business through new account development and increasing volume with existing customer base.

2. Manage Sales & Customer Service Team.

3. Meet or exceed booking goals. Consistent focus on improving profitability.

4. Manage Quoting and Sales Booking process. Create and maintain Performance Matrix Reporting.

5. Good negotiator and high level of sales closing skills. Builder of customer satisfaction.

 Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Electronic Manufacturing – PCBA’s and/or Box Builds – this is a MUST.

2. Management experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

1. Full time on location with local and some out of town travel.
