We offer different material and Surface Finishes on our PCBA’s to match technology and RoHS requirements.

PC Bare Board Laminates available on your final assembly include: High Temperature FR4 170Tg, Rogers 3000 & 4000 Series, Nelco N4000-13 & Nelco N4000-7, Flex & Flex-Rigid, plus Polyimide substrates. Additionally other materials upon request. This variety of laminates allows our customers to meet their electrical performance and environmental requirements.

We also offer a wide variety of Surface Finishes. Options include: ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold), lead-free solder, and leaded-solder. ENIG and lead-free solder are RoHS compliance choices. Leaded-solder is also an optins typically used in military or areoshace applications..

To round out optons on final assemblies, the bare boards offered can have Trace & Width Spacing down to .004”/.004”, we offer Controlled Impedance, HDI Interconnects, Non-Conductive Via Fill, Blind and Buried Vias, and Overall Thickness between .020” – .230”.

Once high volume is achieved we offer offshore options for a variety of technologies and capabilities.
