With over 40 years of experience suppling PCB’s SBC has developed a wide array of capabilities and technologies.

We are ITAR Registered, ISO 9001:2015 compliant, offering a very wide array of product from double-sided up to 22 Layers including a wide variety of product types and HDI Interconnect technologies.

We offer different Laminates and Surface Finishes to match with technology and RoHS requirements.

PCB Manufacturing Laminates offered include: High Temperature FR4 170Tg, Rogers 3000 & 4000 Series, Nelco N4000-13 & Nelco N4000-7, Flex & Flex-Rigid, plus Polyimide substrates. Additionally other materials upon request. This variety of laminates allows our customers to meet their electrical performance and environmental requirements.

We also offer a wide variety of Surface Finishes. Options include: ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold), Silver, and lead-free solder. ENIG and Silver are RoHS compliance choices, with Silver being slightly less expensive. Lead-free solder is also a lowest cost, RoHS compliant product.

To round out our capabilities; Trace & Width Spacing are standard at .004”/.004”, we offer PCB Fab’s with Controlled Impedance, HDI Interconnects, Non-Conductive Via Fill, Blind and Buried Vias, and Overall Thickness between .020” – .230”.

Once high volume is achieved we offer offshore options for a variety of technologies and capabilities.
